The
floor, flat is made of a steel of increased mechanical resistance which
gives a highest durability.
Steel
or on aluminium side walls, can be shared into 2 parts, height from 400
mm in accordance with a client wishes. Side walls can be fitted with
hinges in upper and lower axle. Front of the body is strengthened and
heightened to do driver cabin protection.
In
ours tippers we are using servo-motors from famous firms like: Hyva,
Penta, Binotta.
All
steel elements used in our construction are cleaning by metal balls (or
sanded). Tipper has the same colour what a car’s cabin or colour
which is the best for our client.
Plastic
mudguards with mud flaps for rear wheels protecting bottom joint.
Lights
installed in accordance with traffic regulations and sides equipment for
protection and rear distinctive boards.
Tipper
control is in a car cabin which ensure comfort and safety service.

intermediate frame is made of a steel of increased mechanical resistance
which gives a highest durability and smaller weight.
An
intermediate frame has the same colour what car frame or colour which is
the best for our client. We used paint which is unaffected by erasure.
