Box Van Body

 

Box Van Body consist of an intermediate frame which is made of steel profiles of increased mechanical resistance. It gives a highest durability and a smaller weight.

Aluminium anoded side walls adjusted to truck body size. The front wall is made of anti-skid plywood or wooden battens.

The steel and an aluminium frame structure are dismantling. A frame structure is extra equipped with wooden lining protecting the curtain from damage.

Curtain comes in several different colours.

A post facilitating frame structure is dismantling.

The floor covered with anti-skid plywood, thickness 12 to 30 mm, and resistance adequate for carrying capacity. Lights installed in accordance with traffic regulations. Plastic mudguards with mud flaps for rear wheels protecting bottom joint.

 

 

Extra handle in the floor securing transported cargo. A rear entry step at a rear door helps you to check cargo. All steel elements are cleaning by metal balls (or sanded) and later painted thanks to that client gives better guarantee which concern anticorrosion protection. The final colour of curtain is consistent with colour of truck cabin or others. For cars N2 class (over 3,5 tons) there is a possibility to equip with an aluminium cant rail.

• a lockable plastic tool box for necessary equipment and accessories,

• a container for water which is installed under the floor of box van body,

• side walls painted in the same colour like a car,

• zinced steel profiles,

• interior lights

• a rear shutter as a board which is opening for 270-degree,

• pull-out entrance ladders at rear and side doors,

• extra equipment for transported moving cargo like a batten for cargo bars securing,

• a floor covered with an aluminium anti-skid steel sheet which protecting against sparkle when you transport dangerous cargo,

• Loading platforms (AMA, BAR, DAUTEL, etc.), agree with Office of Technical Inspection,

• loading and unloading crane (FASSI, PALFINGRR, HIAB, etc.), agree with Office of Technical Inspection,

• an intermediate frame with a bottom joint can be made of a high quality of alloy aluminium which gives possibility to increase carrying capacity. It’s really profitable for cars under 3,5 tons.
