Complex solution for a transport and a distribution

Specific an isothermic truck body for transport from 10000 to 60000 nestlings in optimal temperature, humility, etc. That body is perfect for distribution and delivery on local and international routes.

An isothermic truck body

An isothermic truck body protects transported nestlings before outsides conditions and special system of loading is easy and can be made through one person.

Independent, double system of heating and ventilation

Double system is guarantee for continuity work during transport and stopover. It gives the best transport conditions regardless of season thanks unique solution air ventilation.

Automatic for a control and an ergonomy

Control panel is in a cabin which helps in a service and a control transport condition during driving. To do easy service almost all control and measurement elements are in a cabin.

 

Driver has access to following information and regulators

• start button for a main generator and a heater,

• measurement and towards average temperature inside truck body,

• measurement and towards angle for open air throttle,

• start button for a main and emergency fan.

Extra.

• optional measurement air humidity inside truck body,

• optional system for a water sprinkle,

• optional control lights for a door open,

• optional measurement for outside temperature.

For outside you can control a hydraulic platform and a ventilation curtain which is in the floor.

That truck body arised over 20 years of experience in truck body manufacture. Main element of an isothermic truck body is made of sandwich panels. Thanks to that panel, body is unaffected for damage and has perfect thermal insulation. The floor covered with an anti-skid steel sheet of a self leveling compound. As an extra convenience you can order hydraulic loading rear platform and multi-storey trolley kit in which nestlings are transported. For special attention deserve vent and heating system which has a high influence on transport conditions. These two systems minimalizing loss of nestlings during transport. Studied and checked solutions give uniform temperature in all truck body. Double system of heating and fans secure before loss. Main system is a power engine which supplies three main vent turbines and 2 independent oil heatings. An air to vent system goes from air throttles which are in the front part of truck body. Extra as an emergency system there are applying fans which are supplying directly from car electric installation.
