Isothermic, refrigerated

 

A truck body is made of sandwich panels with a stiff polyurethane core (PU) or polystyrene (EPS). Leyer panel has two functions: insulating and structural. Outer and inner paneling of an aluminium sheet painted white thanks to that plating is lighter and unaffected by a corrosion.

The floor is insulate and flat. A floor is covered in the central part with an aluminium anti-skid steel sheet or a self leveling compound. Also rear part of a floor (behind doors) is covered with an aluminium anti-skid steel sheet.

The double rear door are opening 270-degree with an acid-proof steel handles and lockable latches. Doors can be also applied with seals.

An acid-proof steel (nickel and chrome) guarantee that all elements will look nice and will be unaffected by a corrosion.

The rear door frame is made of an acid-proof steel (nickel and chrome). That gives you a high durability and it looks more esthetics.

Exterior finishing profile is made of an aluminium anoded or painted in the colour which is the best for a client.

Interior, depending on the length of a truck body from one to four lights with an extra switch at a rear door or in a driver cabin.

Our refrigerated truck body can be equipped in a refrigerator.

All steel elements used in our construction are cleaning by metal balls (or sanded).

 

An intermediate frame is made of a steel of increased mechanical resistance which gives a highest durability and a smaller weight. An intermediate frame has the same colour what car frame or colour which is the best for our client. A refrigerated truck body has lights installed in accordance with traffic regulations.

ZIn our construction we are using new technology and materials which are light. These two things give that general heat transfer coefficient below 0,4 W/m 2K according to the standard contained in the ATP agreement (0,7 W/m 2K isothermic truck body). All materials used to production refrigerated truck bodies have PZH certificate and can be used for a food transportation.

Standard equipment

• entry step at a rear door,

• plastic mudguards with mud flaps for rear wheels,

• lights installed in accordance with traffic regulations,

• interior lights,

• a handle by the entrance,

• a rear door frame and walls with special rubber bumpers protecting a truck body from collisions,

• double lockable latches are made of an acid-proof steel,

• a special blockade which leaves door open.

Extra equipment

• equipment which protects cargo (moving) from damage during transport,

• truck body equips with partition walls,

• a curtain which protects cargo during loading and unloading,

• a refrigerator (THERMO KING, CARIER),

• Loading platforms (AMA, BAR, DAVTEL, etc.),

• truck body can be painted in any colour,

• front lights on refrigerated truck body,

• track body can be made of a laminate,

• a vent (window).
