Van Body

 

Van Body is made of the aluminium structure. An aluminium structure has a smaller weight than other constructions. It gives that you can use max carrying capacity in your car. Outer wall’s panelling of an aluminium sheet painted white and unaffected by a corrosion.

Inner wall’s covered with plywood batters protecting the surface from mechanical damage.

The double rear doors are opening 270-degree can remain opened with the use of special blockade.

The rear door frame is made of an acid-proof steel (nickel and chrome). That gives you a high durability and it looks more esthetics.

Exterior finishing profile is made of aluminium profiles anoded or painted in the colour which is the best for a client.

Interior, depending on the length of a truck body from one to four lights with a switch at a rear door or in a driver’s cabin.

A floor covered with anti-skid plywood, thickness and resistance adequate for carrying capacity.

A handle in the floor securing transported cargo and protecting inner wall’s from damage.

 

All steel elements used in our construction are cleaning by metal balls (or sanded).

An intermediate frame is made of a steel of increased mechanical resistance which gives a highest durability and smaller weight.

An intermediate frame has the same colour what a car frame or colour which is the best for our client.

Van body has lights installed in accordance with traffic regulations.

All materials used to production van bodies have PZH certificate and can be used for food transportation.

 

Standard Equipment

  • entry step at a rear door,
  • plastic mudguards with mud flaps for rear wheels,

  • lights installed in accordance with traffic regulations,

  • interior lights,

  • special blockade which leaves door open,

  • a rear door frame and walls with special rubber bumpers protecting truck body from collision,

  • a handle in the floor securing transported cargo.

Extra equipment

  • equipment which protects moving cargo from damage during transport,

  • front lights on van body,

  • loading platforms (AMA, BAR, DAUTEL, etc.),

  • a floor covered with an aluminium anti-skid steel sheet increasing workers safety and is in accordance with law during transport dangerous cargo,

  • extra lockable latches on each rear door,

  • a side door – single or double, increasing possibility of loading and unloading,

  • a skylight,

  • rear lockable latches are made of aluminium or plywood curtain or horizontal tailgate which interact with loading platforms,

  • an intermediate frame with a bottom joint can be made of high quality of alloy aluminium which gives possibility to increase carrying capacity. It is really profitable for cars under 3,5 tons.
